Terms and Conditions for Laser Engraving Services - Ferrous Manufacturing

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging in any transaction with Ferrous Manufacturing, located in the state of Washington, United States of America, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Custom Work/Products

a. All laser engraving services provided by Ferrous Manufacturing are considered custom work/products. Custom work/products include but are not limited to personalized engravings, bespoke designs, and any item specifically altered at the customer's request.

b. Once an order for custom work/products is confirmed, it is non-refundable once the item is shipped. The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving all design proofs before production begins.

c. Custom work will be shipped within 5 business days of the customer approving the design.

3. Non-Custom Work/Products

a. Non-custom work/products are estimated to ship within 5 business days of the order being placed.

4. Orders and Payments

a. All orders are subject to acceptance by Ferrous Manufacturing. Ferrous Manufacturing reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

b. Payment for custom work/products is required in full at the time of placing the order. Ferrous Manufacturing will not commence work until payment is received.

c. Prices for custom work/products are as quoted and are subject to change at Ferrous Manufacturing's discretion. Any additional fees or charges will be communicated to the customer before proceeding.

5. Design Approval

a. The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving the design proofs provided by Ferrous Manufacturing before production begins.

b. Once the customer has approved the design, any subsequent changes may incur additional charges and could impact the delivery timeline.

6. Production and Delivery

a. Production times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Ferrous Manufacturing will make reasonable efforts to meet delivery timelines, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

b. Ferrous Manufacturing is not liable for delays or damages that occur during shipping. The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

7. Quality Assurance

a. Ferrous Manufacturing strives to provide high-quality laser engravings. If the customer receives a product with a defect or error that is the result of Ferrous Manufacturing's workmanship, Ferrous Manufacturing will repair or replace the item.

b. Any complaints regarding defects or errors must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of receiving the product.

8. Intellectual Property

a. The customer warrants that any materials provided for engraving do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.

b. Ferrous Manufacturing retains the right to use images of completed work for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with the customer.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington, United States of America. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Washington.

By engaging in a transaction with Ferrous Manufacturing, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Ferrous Manufacturing reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
